This session explores burnout from both inside and outside the library, including how professional and personal stress can overlap. Participants will discuss practical strategies for prioritizing work, setting boundaries, communicating workload concerns, evaluating opportunities, and knowing when it is okay to say no.

AI chatbots are great at sounding objective and authoritative, but because Large Language Models (LLMs) operate on probabilistic text prediction rather than direct fact retrieval, that veneer hides inaccuracies, algorithmic biases, and hallucinations. Traditional methods of information evaluation weren't built for this. This session introduces Critical Algorithmic Information Literacy (CAIL), a new framework designed to shift researchers from passive consumption to adversarial evaluation.
