SUMMARY:Beyond Public Libraries: Leveraging Libby to Expand Access\, Engagement\, and Collection Value in an Academic
DESCRIPTION:Libby provided an efficient mechanism for expanding digital collections while maximizing collection-development funds. The platform supported rapid resource delivery\, broadened access to high-demand materials\, and offered an additional avenue for meeting student and faculty information needs. Preliminary observations suggest that providing a user-friendly platform familiar to many patrons helped reduce barriers to use and increased awareness of library services.
